Aamir Liaquat Hussain is a political figure, broadcaster, poet and religious figure in Pakistan. After hosting his first show Alam Online on Geo News on August 6, 2010, he hosted the TV shows Aalam and Aalim on ARY Digital. His overwhelming responses and controversial comments made him a part of the news and social media. He took part in the 2002 national elections and won a seat in the National Assembly with the support of the Muttahida Qaumi movement.
