Eminent maestro Ustad Hamid Ali Khan passes away after suffering a heart assault on Thursday at the age of seventy two According to household sources, he has been laid to rest at the Tando Yousuf graveyard in Hyderabad in presence of a giant gathering of relatives, artists and place people. He was once an exponent classical vocalist with world recognition. He belonged to a household of classical singers and used to be the brother of Ustad Fateh Ali Khan and Ustad Rajab Ali Khan and has impeccably carried out with his brothers and later with his late nephew Asad Amanat
